A woman with long dark curly hair smiling outdoors, wearing a white top and layered gold necklaces with a cross pendant, standing in front of pink and purple flowers against a blue sky.

Hi, I’m Alicia.

Operations Leader, Community Advocate, and Problem Solver

I am a multidisciplinary professional with experience spanning manufacturing operations, quality assurance, project management, inventory control, environmental health and safety (EHS), and community support services. Throughout my career, I have been driven by a passion for helping people, improving systems, and creating meaningful results—whether in a manufacturing facility, a business environment, or within the community.

Most recently, I held multiple leadership roles within the hydrogen fuel cell manufacturing industry, overseeing quality control, production operations, inventory management, and workplace safety programs. By leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration, I helped improve operational performance, strengthen compliance programs, and support the development of innovative clean-energy technologies.

Beyond my professional work, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals and families within my community. I provide community support services that help individuals build independence, access resources, participate in social activities, and navigate daily life challenges. My work includes assisting with transportation, community engagement, skill development, care coordination, advocacy, administrative support, and emotional encouragement. I believe that every person deserves opportunities to thrive, connect, and reach their full potential.

My diverse background has allowed me to develop a unique combination of technical expertise, business acumen, leadership skills, and compassion—enabling me to successfully manage complex projects while maintaining a people-first approach.

Education

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in General Business through New Mexico Highlands University and hold multiple associate degrees from Central New Mexico Community College in Business, Pre-Law, and Liberal Arts. My education has provided a strong foundation in leadership, operations, communications, project management, and organizational strategy.

My Philosophy

I believe that strong organizations and strong communities are built through leadership, accountability, and service. Whether I am improving a manufacturing process, leading a team, supporting a client, or helping someone overcome a challenge, my goal remains the same: create positive outcomes that make a lasting impact.

I am passionate about empowering people, solving problems, and building systems that help individuals and organizations succeed.
